1、AI能力平台化：建立标准化的AI能力接入与管理机制，推动LLM、多模态模型等与内容质量管控系统的无缝集成，驱动内容质量把控流程自动化与人机协同效率最大化； 2、产品设计与落地：深入理解内容质量把控、数据标注、劳动力管理等业务痛点，覆盖审标工作台、WFM平台、知识库等核心模块的产品规划与迭代，产出高质量PRD与交互方案，推动产品从0到1建设； 3、AI知识工程：利用LLM、RAG等技术构建智能知识生产与检索能力，建立“生产→评估→修正”的知识迭代闭环，为全球审核团队提供高质量知识支撑； 4、数据驱动决策：构建并监控各模块核心指标体系（AI采纳率、自动化覆盖率、人均效率、准确率等），通过数据分析持续优化产品与运营策略； 5、跨团队协作：主导大型跨职能项目，与算法、工程、运营及全球安全团队高效协作，确保产品按时上线并实现业务价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有良好的英语听写能力和沟通能力； 3、具备逻辑分析与策略推演能力，对待数据与文档严谨细致，能主动跟进项目细节； 4、熟悉大模型原理，具备优秀的Prompt Engineering调优经验，能通过调整策略解决复杂生成问题优先。
