1、Agent架构与基建研发：参与主架构Agent平台的底层架构设计与开发，包括基于ReAct模式的Agent框架等； 2、Agent应用落地：基于业务场景，开发并落地Agent应用，覆盖研发生产力提效、智能问答、数据分析与决策等实际业务任务； 3、工具与知识库基建：参与构建Agent记忆与知识系统，负责知识库接入以及工具的集成与抽象，持续丰富Agent的工具箱； 4、评估与算法调优：参与构建Agent能力的评估体系（Agentic Eval），基于强化学习（Agentic RL）、监督微调（SFT）等手段持续优化Agent的规划能力、工具调用准确率和最终执行效果； 5、深入思考研发过程中的各项问题，保障Agent系统在安全性、可用性和扩展性等方面的要求。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用基本的数据结构与算法，具备良好的编码习惯，熟练掌握Golang/Python/Java中至少一种编程语言及常用框架； 3、了解LLM基本原理，熟悉Prompt Engineering，有RAG/Graph、Embedding等技术实践经验，熟悉LangChain等主流AI框架优先； 4、了解ReAct、Multi Agent等Agent架构与思想，对MCP/SKill有实际了解或开发经验；了解或参与过大模型及Agent的评测框架建设，或对强化学习RL的应用有一定了解和实践者优先； 5、有大规模分布式系统的设计和开发经验，熟悉关系型/非关系型数据库及消息中间件者优先；具有责任心、自驱力、技术好奇心和成长型思维，能够快速学习并应用前沿AI技术解决实际业务问题。
