团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、基于推理场景存储特征，完成定制化NAND产品系统设计； 2、完成存储/存算模块设计，并进行相关模块开发； 3、基于定制化介质进行介质管理开发及测试工作； 4、支持硅前硅后存储域逻辑的验证与问题攻关； 5、配合逻辑设计团队完成产品的功能、性能、可靠性等指标的定义； 6、总结团队优秀想法形成专利、论文等输出，探索AI场景的新型存储产品可行性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，微电子、自动化、集成电路、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、技能要求：C/C++； 3、语言要求：英语四级以上，能读懂全英文SPEC； 4、课题方向：存储相关领域课题组硕博优先。
