团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、负责大模型图文、音视频数据项目的整体交付管理，覆盖本地商家、到店团购、用户评价等多模态数据，制定详细的交付计划，并对交付过程中的潜在风险进行及时评估和分析，制定相应的风险应对策略，对数据有较强的敏感度； 2、熟练使用PE、Agent、Workflow、Skill、CLI等技术进行项目提效以及自动化探索，结合生活服务行业业务特性搭建场景化提示词体系、自动化数据清洗/校验工作流，通过技术手段提升项目人效和数据质量； 3、能够统筹跨部门资源，牵引数据团队和算法、产品、运营团队深度融合，针对生活服务场景共同制定并明确标注规范，确保生活服务大模型训练、评测类项目目标高质量达成； 4、通过技术分享和实践指导，提升数据团队对生活服务AI应用、多模态大模型及前沿技术的理解和落地应用能力，沉淀多模态数据运营标准化方法论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业背景不限； 2、熟悉Python等编程语言、有本地生活/生活服务类项目经验加分，在多模态领域的PE、Agent等技术的使用上有落地成果，了解并熟练使用过市面上多种大模型，有餐饮/团购/商户素材/本地生活问答类数据项目实操经验优先； 3、熟悉数据生产全流程，对各类AI工具、本地生活数据运营有浓厚兴趣和热情，持续关注大模型、多模态数据前沿研究与技术趋势，具备快速学习与场景落地探索能力； 4、思路清晰，逻辑性强，具备跨团队协作与沟通能力，能够联动业务、算法、标注团队，在复杂项目环境中独立推进工作。

加分项： 1、熟悉生活服务平台内容、商户规则、用户对话场景，有本地生活多模态标注规范、评测体系搭建经验。
