1、负责社交和投稿内容生态的策略产品设计，独立推进策略需求定义、功能迭代与效果评估，提升投稿量、社交关系建立激活；结合大模型能力探索投稿内容理解/规模增长、社交关系建立/活跃等新场景； 2、优化投稿规模和挖掘建立社交关系，深入理解用户投稿动机、投稿玩法等产品机制，基于社交关系网络挖掘真实/兴趣关系，并通过AI能力（如Prompt工程、RAG应用）优化投稿链路与内容分发； 3、拆解业务核心指标，搭建策略评估体系，完成数据建设与评测集构建，协同运营、算法、工程等团队推动策略高效落地，并通过AB实验验证效果； 4、通过数据分析与用户调研，持续发现投稿生态中的机会点与问题点，独立完成产品需求文档，定义可量化的策略优化方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据分析能力，学习能力强； 3、对内容有鉴赏和判断力，作为用户对主流视频平台内容有深度消费和见解为佳； 4、自驱力强，对做价值认同的好内容产品有热情； 5、有内容意识，并能够和数据反馈做结合并输出内容判断，理解和定位长期用户价值指导策略方向。
