1、深入抖音直播业务，洞察主播、机构、运营等不同角色需求，探索AI Agent在直播全生命周期中的应用机会； 2、参与AI经纪人产品设计，包括主播孵化、直播策略、内容分析、经营诊断、复盘总结、智能问答等核心能力建设； 3、与算法、工程、设计、运营等团队紧密合作，推动大模型能力在真实业务中的落地，打造高可用、高体验的AI产品； 4、基于用户反馈和业务数据，持续优化AI Agent的效果，包括建议采纳率、任务完成率、用户满意度等核心指标； 5、跟踪全球AI Agent、大模型、多模态等前沿技术发展，结合直播业务持续探索创新方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、信息管理、工业设计、心理学、传播学等相关专业优先； 2、对AI、大模型、Agent、AIGC等方向充满兴趣，关注行业最新发展； 3、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力和用户洞察能力，能够快速理解复杂业务并抽象产品方案； 4、良好的沟通协作能力，善于推动跨团队合作，高效解决问题； 5、对直播、电商、内容社区或创作者生态有兴趣或相关实践经验者优先； 6、有AI产品、Prompt Engineering、智能体、产品设计、数据分析等项目经验者优先。
