团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、内容种草运营：支持豆包内容种草工作，协助达人建联、内容审核和产品转化分析；追踪内容生态热点玩法，挖掘潜力达人和爆款线索，服务产品增长； 2、数据与评测体系搭建：梳理内容种草场景下的数据需求，搭建覆盖内容生产-审核-转化全链路的数据构建和效果评测体系，为AI能力迭代提供数据支撑； 3、快速测案例（核心能力）：针对内容种草相关的AI能力（智能生成、内容审核、达人匹配等），快速设计测试用例、批量跑测、定位问题并输出评测结论，推动产品和算法快速迭代； 4、前沿方法落地：关注大模型/Agent领域前沿的数据与评测技术，结合业务实际落地应用，持续优化数据质量和评测效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、新媒体、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、懂AI：熟悉Python、提示词工程、Agent&Workflow、Function Calling，有大模型产品、数据合成或评测经验优先； 3、有网感：熟悉内容平台生态，对热点内容、种草逻辑、达人玩法有敏锐感知； 4、测案例快：能快速设计用例、批量验证、定位问题、闭环输出，追求高效； 5、具备团队协作能力和责任心，能独立推进工作。
