1、负责抖音精选内容生态策略产品，深入洞察用户需求，站在用户视角结合数据、调研等信息，发现业务关键问题并做出合理假设； 2、深入理解推荐机制流程以及算法基本原理，和推荐算法团队协作，完成策略效果验证及迭代；具备AI应用能力，探索AI在内容推荐场景的落地，主导AI驱动的内容策略迭代项目； 3、对内容有深入理解，并能够结合数据反馈输出内容判断，定位内容分发价值导向；能定义理想态、建立评估体系、提升大模型效果； 4、具备完整系统建设能力，规划方向并设定合理目标，进而推进跨部门协作，完成落地与迭代，达成可衡量收益。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据分析能力，学习能力强； 3、对内容有鉴赏和判断力，作为用户对主流视频平台内容有深度消费和见解为佳； 4、自驱力强，对做价值认同的好内容产品有热情； 5、有内容意识，并能够和数据反馈做结合并输出内容判断，理解和定位长期用户价值指导策略方向。
