团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、语音资源招募与调研：根据模型训练需求，参与配音/音乐/方言/小语种等语音资源的调研与招募，包括候选人触达建联、合作意愿沟通、成本信息收集与分析； 2、社群运营与管理：负责资源池用户社群的日常运营，包括群组互动、用户关系维护和社区氛围营造，提升资源池活跃度与留存； 3、活动策划与执行：参与社群活动的策划、配置与执行，提升创作者参与度和活跃度； 4、内容质量监控：监控社群内容，确保符合平台规范，识别并处理异常内容； 5、智能运营支持：协助使用Agent工作流工具优化日常运营效率（如自动化触达、数据整理等）。

1、本科及以上学历在读，语言学、配音、戏剧影视、播音主持等相关专业优先； 2、有社群运营、用户运营或活动策划实习经验者优先； 3、性格开朗，善于沟通，具备良好的人际交往能力和社群氛围营造能力； 4、责任心强，注重细节，具备内容敏感度和风险意识； 5、熟悉主流社交媒体平台，了解不同平台的用户行为和社群文化； 6、实习时间不少于3个月，每周出勤不少于4天。
