团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、负责AI搜索评估、干预、活动及AI应用等相关平台的日常运营，保障平台稳定高效运转，落实产品设计落地，确保运营动作与产品目标同频； 2、深入理解搜索业务逻辑及平台产品特性，结合业务目标，制定可落地的平台运营策略、活动计划及优化方案，推动产品核心功能的用户渗透与使用频次提升； 3、协同产品、研发、测试等上下游团队，推动平台功能上线、运营活动落地，协调解决运营过程中的产品、技术相关问题，确保运营目标达成； 4、跟踪行业动态及同类平台运营模式，探索AI平台运营创新方向，优化运营流程，提升平台用户体验、运营效率及业务转化效果； 5、负责平台运营数据的日常监控、统计与分析，针对异常数据及时排查原因，调整运营策略，保障运营指标稳定达成； 6、配合产品团队完成平台功能测试、用户反馈收集与整理，推动产品体验持续优化，搭建良好的用户反馈闭环。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业背景不限； 2、优先具备平台类产品运营经验，有AI相关平台、搜索类平台运营经验者优先，对平台产品运营工作有系统思考和实践沉淀优先； 3、具备强烈的自驱精神和责任心，能独立负责平台运营规划、策略落地及效果复盘，有良好的目标感和结果导向，具备扎实的数据分析能力，能熟练使用各类数据分析工具，通过数据挖掘运营优化点，驱动运营动作迭代优先； 4、有良好的沟通表达、跨部门协同能力，能高效联动产品、研发等上下游资源，推动运营工作有序推进优先； 5、熟悉平台产品运营逻辑，了解AI产品、搜索业务相关知识，具备一定的产品思维，能快速理解产品功能并转化为运营动作，具备较强的问题解决能力，对运营工作有热情，愿意探索创新运营模式，适应业务快速发展需求优先。
