1、理解视频评论生态，深入洞察用户需求，站在用户视角结合数据、调研等信息，发现业务关键问题并做出合理假设； 2、参与Agent产品的全流程策略设计与落地，包括Agent架构选型、工作流编排、工具调用策略制定，持续优化Agent效果； 3、深入理解内容理解模型基本原理，和算法团队协作、结合AI应用完成关键内容识别能力建设； 4、围绕业务目标，参与大模型调优，设计策略方案，达成业务目标。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有计算机相关知识，掌握Vibe coding，了解算法和大语言模型等方面的知识； 3、有产品思维、有基本的用户理解、行业洞察、数据分析能力；有很好的学习理解能力、逻辑思维能力，有自驱力/好奇心/求知欲等，结果导向，有成长潜力； 4、对业务有理解，能基于明确的业务场景或需求输出产品Demo或搭建AI应用等工作流，高效推动产品落地。
