日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责Agent一部分场景的工具和功能的产品定义和工具链路设计，评测与效果优化，推动从需求到体验验证的完整闭环，端到端为体验持续优化负责； 2、基于问答体验整体目标，拆解和收集各个模块的评测、反馈、指标上的负面案例，做好归因，驱动上下游优化相关问题； 3、负责用户内测与体验反馈闭环，做好人群定义、用户反馈的自动化整理和高优问题追踪，确保用户和反馈质量，确保高优问题得到解决，并探索使用AI工具和自动化提高反馈处理与内测管理效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能实习5个月及以上，有AI策略、评测等相关实习经验者； 3、基础素质强，做事细致、责任心强，沟通清晰，有用户同理心；愿意接触真实用户、亲自体验产品，对场景和体验问题有敏感度； 4、具备良好的逻辑分析和基础数据分析能力，能从零散反馈中归纳问题，区分事实与推测； 5、能与产品、研发、算法、评测等团队协作，在指导下推进具体事项并跟进结果； 6、对AI硬件产品有热情，有好奇心、学习能力，熟练使用AI生产力工具和VibeCoding。
