日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责大模型评测集的数据标注工作，依据标注规范对文本、数据等内容进行准确标注，保障标注质量与效率，为模型训练和优化提供可靠的数据支撑； 2、负责评测集质检工作，对已标注数据进行交叉校验、错误排查和偏差修正，统计标注准确率、完整率等核心指标，保障评测集的规范性和可用性； 3、负责模型负面案例的收集、整理与分析，定位问题成因，包括数据问题、标注问题及模型逻辑问题等，输出分析结论并提出优化建议； 4、配合团队完成其他与模型评测、数据处理相关的工作，及时反馈执行过程中的问题，协助持续优化标注规范和评测流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，数据分析、统计、计算机、数学、语言类等相关背景优先； 2、对大模型方向有较强兴趣，日常有大模型产品使用习惯，有相关实习或项目经历者优先； 3、具备一定Python基础，或能够熟练使用TRAE等AI编程工具进行数据处理； 4、熟练使用SQL和Excel，具备基础的数据处理、分析和结果整理能力； 5、具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和耐心，逻辑思维清晰，能够发现业务与数据之间的关联； 6、可连续实习3个月及以上，工作地为北京。
