1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、文字功底扎实，对内容生产与传播有热情，认同通过内容传播观念、影响认知与行为的价值； 3、熟悉并深度认同字节跳动文化，理解公司内部的组织运行与协作机制； 4、沟通能力强，情绪稳定，具备良好的执行力与韧性； 5、英语流利、能够将英语作为工作语言者优先。
