1、负责抖音增长业务中的AI产品应用，重点围绕增长营销和投放场景做能力突破，提升业务效率与增长效果； 2、结合AIGC、Agent、Workflow等能力，推动广告创意生成、理解、筛选、优化、投放等环节的自动化系统落地和智能化Agent产品落地； 3、通过PE调试、Vibe coding、工作流搭建等方式做效果验证，并将验证方案转为可执行的工程算法方案； 4、建设多模态模型及Agent Harness的评估方案和迭代机制，确保模型及系统的好用性和稳定性； 5、理解业务场景，拆解业务核心指标，并通过数据分析、用户调研和业务反馈，持续挖掘问题点和机会点，协同运营、算法、工程、设计等团队，高效推进产品落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备AI Native产品应用经验、优秀的AI相关应用与落地能力，对多模态评测、Agent评测等有较好认知，有相关项目实践经验，投递时附带个人AI作品集者优先； 3、熟悉AIGC相关能力及典型应用场景，理解文本、图片、视频等生成式AI在内容生产中的应用方式及能力边界；熟悉Agent harness的核心机制与应用场景，理解任务拆解、工具调用、记忆、反馈与迭代等关键能力，并能结合业务判断其落地方式；熟悉Workflow/工作流编排，能够围绕复杂业务流程设计多步骤AI执行链路，实现AI与业务系统、策略规则及人工流程的协同； 4、数据敏感、逻辑清晰，具备良好的跨团队协作和项目推动能力，能够独立推进复杂项目落地并对结果负责。
