团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、负责大模型图文、音视频数据项目的整体交付管理，制定交付计划并把控数据质量，对数据敏感，能够快速定位问题并推动解决； 2、使用Prompt Engineering、Agent/Workflow等技术进行项目提效及自动化探索，通过技术手段提升项目人效和数据质量； 3、统筹跨部门资源，协同算法、产品团队制定数据规范与交付标准，确保项目目标高质量达成； 4、通过技术分享和实践指导，提升团队对AI应用及前沿技术的理解能力，推动业务目标达成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/AI/软件工程/人工智能/数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、其他专业如果做过AI大模型训练和评测方面相关的也可，熟悉Python等编程语言加分，在多模态领域的PE、Workflow、Agent等技术的使用上有落地成果，理解大模型基础原理（如Transformer架构、SFT/RLHF训练范式），持续追踪AIGC前沿进展，具备数据清洗、数据分析、数据预处理或自动化脚本开发经验； 3、大模型训练和评测以及自动化等领域相关实习或项目经验（做过电商行业多模态模型经验加分），熟悉数据生产全流程，对大模型训练、评测或应用领域、各项AI工具有浓厚兴趣和热情，持续关注前沿研究与技术趋势，具备快速学习与探索能力； 4、具备较强的自驱力和学习能力，思路清晰，逻辑性强，具备跨团队协作与沟通能力，能够在复杂项目环境中独立推进工作。
