1、设计、开发和持续优化AI应用开发框架，推动业务落地与生态建设； 2、参与AI应用产品的开发，在实践中验证和改进框架设计，提升开发效率与产品体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、物理、数学、统计学相关专业优先； 2、对AI应用开发有浓厚兴趣，深入使用过大模型相关产品或工具，了解大模型基本原理； 3、掌握至少一门服务端开发语言，熟悉Go优先（Python/Java/Rust亦可）； 4、具备良好的API设计意识，能站在框架使用者的角度思考接口的易理解性与易用性； 5、有大模型应用开发经验（如Agent、工作流编排等）的优先； 6、有开源项目贡献经验或框架/中间件/SDK开发经验的优先。
