1、负责智能客服场景的LLM应用开发，利用LLM和工程技术的结合，探索高智能化水平的解决方案； 2、持续跟进LLM前沿技术，并能在产品中应用解决复杂任务，提高应用处理问题的准确率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、物理、数学、统计学相关专业优先； 2、对AI应用开发有强烈的热情，有深入使用过大模型相关应用，并了解大模型基本原理； 3、掌握至少一门服务端开发语言（Go/Python/Java/Rust）； 4、有大模型应用开发经验的优先。
