团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与小荷健康AI业务的探索和落地，借助AI Coding全栈开发，协同算法、策略及研发团队打磨围绕医疗大模型的医疗场景的产品功能和体验； 2、参与团队AI Native研发工具建设，覆盖AI Coding的上下文管理、工具、评测等Harness基础建设，提升Coding Agent的原型还原、代码生成等效果，完成需求分析到上线交付的一站式自动化建设； 3、参与大前端工程能力、跨端技术架构相关建设，负责全栈开发及跨端框架的整体架构设计和推进架构演进； 4、持续追踪大模型及AI Coding前沿技术动态，并能够实际运用于工作场景中，驱动技术和产品创新。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的编程功底，至少熟练掌握一种主流语言（如JavaScript/TypeScript、Go、Kotlin等），具备扎实的编程技能和算法设计能力； 3、熟练使用Codex、Claude Code、TRAE等AI开发工具，并了解相关基础原理，具备AI辅助全栈开发实战能力。

加分项 1、有AI应用相关开发经验，了解大语言模型基础原理，了解LLM架构，熟悉PE工程、AI Agent、LangChain、RAG、Memory等优先； 2、有AI Coding等相关实践； 3、熟悉和了解AI领域最新的技术和趋势。
