1、负责中国广告产品相关创意设计工作，聚焦平台大促活动、品牌视觉相关设计，核心覆盖主KV、品牌字体、动效设计等核心物料产出；具备AI设计工具使用经验，可运用AI辅助完成创意构思与物料产出，提升设计效率； 2、对接中国广告产品各业务线的设计需求，独立负责大促活动、品牌相关主KV及配套物料的设计执行、进度推进与质量把控，确保设计产出贴合业务需求、符合品牌调性； 3、参与中国广告产品相关设计调研，结合业务诉求、用户反馈及行业趋势，优化设计方案，提升设计转化率与用户体验； 4、协助完善团队内部项目设计流程，梳理设计规范，优化设计协作模式，提升部门内部设计效率与产出一致性； 5、与团队成员、业务部门紧密协作，提炼中国广告产品视觉核心要素，制定并优化视觉规范，提升整体创意设计产出质量； 6、配合团队完成品牌字体优化、动效设计落地等相关工作，助力广告产品视觉形象升级。

1、艺术、美术、设计或相关专业本科及以上学历；5年以上互联网设计经验，热爱创意设计，具备扎实的设计功底，有宽广的互联网广告行业视野与时尚前沿的审美标准； 2、精通KV设计、品牌字体设计、动效设计，有丰富的设计理论知识，对行业流行趋势、广告创意设计趋势有敏锐的洞察力； 3、具备AI工作经验，熟练运用AI设计工具辅助创意落地，能够助力提升团队整体设计能力与效率； 4、结果导向、快速执行、自我驱动，具备良好的沟通表达能力、需求理解能力和团队协作精神，适配内部转岗后的跨岗位协作需求； 5、拥有互联网广告平台大促活动营销设计经验，具备设计上线后迭代优化经验，能高效响应业务的紧急设计需求； 6、有协同供应商管理经验者优先；具备出色的3D建模渲染、场景合成、动效落地等执行能力者优先考虑。
