日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、产品策略定义：深入研究金融、投行等专业高价值场景，定义AI如何实现自动化公式生成、数据透视、财务建模等能力，解决专业用户的痛点； 2、专业领域测评：构建针对金融等专业领域的AI效果评测集，通过对输出结果标准的定义与质量比对，发现模型在逻辑推理、金融规范、复杂计算上的短板； 3、模型策略迭代：与算法工程师协作，基于评测结论提出优化建议，持续提升豆包办公在金融等严肃办公场景下的表现。

1、本科及以上学历在读，金融、经济管理、会计等相关学习经历优先； 2、具有投行、咨询、券商或基金公司等金融/咨询行业的实习经历； 3、有AI产品实习经历； 4、精通Excel，能够从用户的视角，定义什么是“一份高质量的Excel产物”； 5、熟悉AI，日常是Claude、Codex等AI模型产品的使用者，对于模型能力边界有较深的理解； 6、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、学习能力强、具备自我驱动能力、Detail-Oriented，对评测工作中的负面案例（负面案例）有敏感度和钻研精神。
