日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动云基础设施部门，通过云技术管理着百万量级的服务器构成的超大数据中心。我们通过深度优化千万级容器实例与算力优化，搭建EB级数据存储治理体系，探索新一代搜索型数据库与大规模AI集群下的高速网络通信，我们积极拥抱开源和创新的软硬件架构，致力于构建业界领先、稳定、高可用的面向LLM的AI云原生的基础设施架构与产品矩阵，为整个公司的业务和客户发展保驾护航。

1、参与网络平台产品及工具服务的建设； 2、持续改进资源管理/数据沉淀/监控报警/运营维护等流程、机制和策略； 3、持续优化相关平台体验和稳定性； 4、关注行业动态和趋势，配合研发团队，构建和完善内部平台。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、热爱互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 4、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
