日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与字节跳动商业智能产品及AI漫短剧创作平台的UI/UX与视觉设计，打造清晰、流畅且有吸引力的产品体验； 2、深入理解用户需求和业务目标，与团队资深同事共同参与需求分析、市场及产品研究，将洞察转化为高质量设计方案； 3、负责产品界面、品牌视觉及营销创意等设计工作，保证多场景、多端体验的一致性与完整性； 4、探索AI在产品设计和创意生产中的应用，参与定义符合AI时代特征的视觉语言与创意风格； 5、与产品、研发、测试等团队紧密协作，清晰表达设计思路并持续推动方案落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，视觉传达、数字媒体、交互设计等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的用户体验意识、视觉审美和设计基本功，能够独立完成从思考到表达的设计过程； 3、熟悉Figma等主流设计工具，了解多端产品设计规范； 4、自驱力强、学习能力突出，乐于探索新技术、新工具与新的设计表达方式。

加分项 1、对漫画，漫剧，动漫感兴趣，有Vibe coding、AI漫短剧或生成式AI项目实践者优先； 2、关注AI产品及行业趋势，熟悉图像、视频或交互类AI工具者优先； 3、在校期间，有相关参赛获奖者案例者优先。
