1、负责抖音平台资讯内容质量策略体系建设，围绕内容质量定义、识别框架、分层标准与分发牵引机制，搭建面向业务增长与用户体验的质量识别能力； 2、结合AI、大模型能力升级内容理解与质量判断范式，持续优化识别策略效果与分发效率，对质量水位及关键策略指标负责； 3、作为策略中枢，协同算法、数据等团队推进内容质量能力建设，面向复杂内容场景，基于数据异动、用户反馈、内容表现与分发结果，发现并定位影响内容质量的核心问题； 4、独立完成问题抽象、策略建模、方案设计与落地验证，推动从0到1建立关键识别能力，并沉淀为可复制、可迭代的策略方法论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历；计算机、数学、统计等相关专业； 2、策略经验，内容平台背景优先，熟悉资讯、短视频内容生态； 3、具备较强数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL及完成数据清洗与分析，了解基础聚类算法原理，有大模型经验优先； 4、对内容行业理解，有较好的内容敏锐度和判断力，能够敏锐洞察内容风险，并设计解决方案； 5、对大模型技术有基本认知，了解RAG、Prompt Engineering、模型评估等概念，有实际结合大模型落地策略的经验优先（如：利用大模型优化内容理解、投稿辅助、质量判等）； 6、具备跨团队推动力，擅长将复杂问题拆解为可执行的策略需求并落地验证。
