ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：CQC（中国内容质量与数据服务平台）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音、西瓜视频等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验，支持各产品的运营和增长，以及为产品线提供AI算法算力的基础支持服务。

1、负责平台工具、后端服务、模型后训练等工程综合技术实现； 2、围绕内容质量把控、运营等技术提效场景的大模型应用技术落地，与产品、产品运营、业务等跨部门紧密协作，深入业务流程、参与业务需求及产品方案讨论、设计技术方案并做工程开发实现； 3、快速理解复杂业务需求、负责技术调研、技术方案下独立模块的高质量代码实现；编写高可靠性，高性能的通用服务模块，高效按质完成开发交付，持续改善服务稳定性和性能等技术问题； 4、关注AI前沿技术，跟进业内最新研究进展和应用趋势，结合业务痛点提出创新思路和方向并尝试落地。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，人工智能、计算机、软件工程、电子信息科学等相关专业； 2、精通Go/Python（至少一门），熟练掌握至少一种Web框架（Django/Flask/FastAPI/Gin/Hertz），具备扎实的编程基础和优秀的编码能力； 3、熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练应用主流数据库和中间件技术，如Redis、MySQL、消息队列等，能编写高复用、可扩展的模块化代码； 4、至少2个大模型应用相关开发项目经验，深入理解大语言模型（LLM）原理及工程化应用，具备Agent工程化建设能力，有模型微调、提示词工程、多模态应用或AI Agent开发经验者优先； 5、热爱编程，敏锐关注和学习业界最新Agent架构及大模型技术应用。
