ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、场景定义与产品落地：深入洞察抖音生活服务-房产业务，负责「AI视频/直播创作工具」「AI线索意图识别与智能化标签」等方向的产品功能定义、需求调研、流程梳理与原型设计； 2、模型评测与工作流调优：明确大模型在具体业务场景下的能力边界与验收标准，参与构建科学的评估与反馈体系（如测试集搭建、负面案例分析），熟练运用Prompt调优或协助搭建Agent工作流，持续驱动关键场景（如自动化话术生成）的可用性提升； 3、跨域协同与项目闭环：担任复杂业务链路的推进者，协同算法研发、模型团队、业务运营，完成从工具打样、一线城市试点跟进到最终效果验收的端到端闭环，对业务拿结果负责。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、数据敏感度：具备一定的数据分析能力（掌握SQL优先），能通过漏斗数据归因分析（如“曝光-互动-线索转化”链路），发掘产品迭代机会； 3、AI认知与实战：学习能力，对大语言模型及AI应用领域有热情和独立见解；熟悉常见大模型特性，对Agent评测框架有认知；【加分项】有扣子平台实际搭建经验，或丰富的Prompt Engineering实操经验； 4、业务感受与务实精神：逻辑思维严密，具备复杂业务拆解能力；拒绝“技术自嗨”，深刻认同技术必须服务于真实的商业收益与基本盘，能穿透表象看到“能力代偿”背后的业务逻辑； 5、主导感（负责人意识）：具备出色的沟通协调能力，具备良好的环境适应能力；在复杂项目中不设边界，敢于主导推进、暴露风险并拿到最终的确定性结果。
