1、围绕飞书AI产品与解决方案的商业化策略进行系统性规划与执行，包括参与商业模式设计、定价方案制定、产品包装与售卖策略，回答“AI时代飞书的商业模式应该长什么样”； 2、与产品、研发、销售团队协作，从单位经济模型出发，参与优化各业务线的AI毛利率，平衡用户体验、市场渗透与成本约束，为公司长期财务健康保驾护航； 3、参与设计并迭代AI时代的业务指标体系，重新定义ARR、收入、成本归因的口径，让经营分析与商业决策建立在可量化、可追踪的数据基础上； 4、参与开展行业研究与产品分析，追踪全球AI企业服务市场的定价与商业模式演进，为飞书的商业化策略提供前沿洞察； 5、参与AI商业化的对外露出与GTM落地，包括销售政策、官网内容、帮助中心、宣传文案与售卖话术，推动商业策略在全链路的一致执行； 6、参与支持数据分析与商业洞察，挖掘付费模式与产品包装的优化机会，驱动飞书完成从传统SaaS到AI原生商业模式的战略转型。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、优秀的逻辑分析与批判性思维能力，敢于质疑既定假设、独立思考、不盲从惯例，能将复杂、模糊的商业问题结构化拆解，制定清晰、可执行的策略方案； 3、以AI原生的方式工作，不受过往工作习惯束缚——擅长Vibe Coding，能将AI深度融入分析、决策与协作流程，持续探索用AI重构传统工作流，显著提升工作效率与产出质量；有过互联网产品、商业化策略、商业分析、经营分析相关实习经验，或SaaS或企业服务类产品经验加分； 4、出色的沟通、影响和说服能力，能清晰表达观点，将技术方法论翻译成业务语言，通过数据和洞察驱动跨团队协作与业务决策；接地气，有同理心，善于理解他人立场； 5、高度自驱，对前沿技术与商业变化抱有强烈好奇心，具备快速学习能力，能独立负责分析与策略项目并推动落地，以解决问题为宗旨； 6、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
