1、项目流程管理：负责剧本的创作、AI剧目生产到交付的流程执行，包含和内部产品研发的对接、内容生产节奏的把控（从剧本创作/获取-漫剧排期生产-质量确认-漫剧交付-漫剧上线和发布）； 2、内容生产：基于AI工具能力，按照SOP完成生产漫剧内容以及营销素材内容，能提出生产的效率和效能的改善建议； 3、团队协作：沉淀内容生产的问题以及内容质量问题的记录，交付问题并协同产品研发解决问题，优化产品力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、可尽快到岗且稳定实习，对漫剧感兴趣，有较好的内容感知，有剧本创作、数字媒体与动画设计、影视制作等学习背景为佳，有达人创作、账号运营、IP类自媒体成功经验优先； 3、至少具备图片、视频剪辑能力，有日常使用AI工具习惯； 4、具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应内容生产的节奏，对热点有一定敏感度，有创意和想法。
