团队介绍：飞书设计是字节跳动飞书业务线的设计团队，负责飞书核心产品体验与品牌设计，覆盖产品体验、设计系统与品牌表达等方向。我们面向真实复杂的企业协作场景，以设计驱动效率提升与体验创新。 在飞书，设计不止于界面与视觉优化——你将深度参与产品定义、跨团队协同与体验体系建设，与产品、研发、算法一起把关键问题落到可验证的解决方案上。 面向 AI 时代，我们持续探索“人机协作”的新范式：从 AI 功能体验、智能工作流到 Agent/助手形态的交互与流程设计，打造可信、可控、可用的 AI 工作体验，让 AI 在真实工作场景中创造长期价值。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与飞书Web、移动端等产品的设计全流程，从设计策略构思到具体设计执行落地； 2、与业务负责人、产品经理紧密协作，共同构思创意方案，参与需求评估与讨论； 3、持续优化产品用户体验，主动关注国内外行业设计趋势、用户喜好与痛点、体验诉求及审美倾向； 4、协助完成设计方案的落地跟进，能看懂简单前端代码，配合开发团队推进设计还原，辅助解决基础样式适配问题；运用AI工具提升设计效率，能将视觉需求转化为清晰的技术语言，辅助优化设计与开发的协作链路； 5、协助整理设计规范、产品原型、用户研究等相关文档，配合团队完成其他日常设计支持工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计类、计算机科学相关专业优先； 2、有真实的软件产品设计经验者优先，熟悉产品设计基本流程与方法，具备基础技术理解力，能看懂简单前端代码，或熟练使用浏览器DevTools进行视觉走查与基础调试者优先； 3、对软件设计、工具流程与效率优化有浓厚兴趣，乐于动手研究新技术、新工具； 4、具备设计热情和良好的审美，注重细节，对品质打磨有执着追求，能带动上下游角色共同提升设计质量； 5、学习能力强，具备快速交付设计成果和学习新知识的能力，具备在复杂环境中保持工作有序推进的能力，有序推动设计落地； 6、具备系统化的逻辑思维与良好的沟通能力，做事细致严谨，有较强的责任心与团队协作意识。
