1、负责抖音服务体系用户端AI产品运营与智能解决方案，深度理解C端用户需求、服务全场景与平台业务逻辑，推动AI能力（含AI-Coding相关应用）在服务场景落地与价值放大； 2、联动内部服务、体验、业务及技术团队，深挖平台类服务业务痛点与需求，搭建标准化需求运营机制，将用户诉求转化为可落地的服务策略、产品功能与解决方案； 3、以数据驱动，搭建AI产品运营与服务效率指标体系，结合AI技术、行业前沿与业务逻辑，持续优化运营策略、迭代智能产品，提升平台承接效率、用户问题解决率与服务体验； 4、统筹平台类服务业务的产品能力建设与推广，沉淀智能解决方案，打造标杆案例，搭建产品推广、培训与落地体系，支撑多业务规模化复用； 5、深度理解业务逻辑、系统能力与策略机制，具备独立判断与优化视角，从C端用户感受出发，推动服务策略、智能产品持续迭代。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位； 2、具备技术背景、AI应用落地经验，熟悉AI-Coding优先，具备较强C端用户感受与用户视角，能精准洞察用户需求，独立思考并转化为策略、产品方案； 3、逻辑严谨，具备问题判断、需求拆解与解决方案输出能力，热衷AI在服务场景的创新应用。
