ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责战斗技能、关卡模式、交互模式等低确定性方向的玩法原型设计，从概念构思推进至可玩Demo； 2、通过Playtest和团队反馈持续优化原型，将粗糙的初始想法迭代为成熟的设计方案； 3、与策划、程序、美术、QA紧密协同，确保设计意图被准确传达并高质量落地； 4、与程序团队协作搭建玩法底层框架，参与AI+游戏开发管线建设，保障系统的可扩展性与可维护性； 5、运用AI工具辅助设计构思与原型Demo制作，提升创意产出效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用Cursor、Claude Code、Codex等AI编程/创作工具，并能在创意或技术工作流中切实产生效率与效果增益；熟悉Unity游戏引擎； 3、有借助AI或使用C#在Unity中独立完成至少1个完整项目的经验；能提供多个独立完成或主导的可玩Demo（GameJam作品、课程项目、个人作品均可），且作品需覆盖2个及以上不同玩法品类； 4、对动画时机、受击反馈具备良好理解，能够有效整合玩家反馈到设计迭代中； 5、能高效工作，清晰表达设计意图，对游戏与游戏制作充满热情，玩过广泛品类，能够从玩家体验视角拆解设计； 6、请提供以下任一形式的作品集材料，且需包含可直接试玩的Web版本或视频演示： 1）个人作品集； 2）itch.io主页； 3）GitHub仓库； 4）个人网站链接。 加分项 1、具备C#代码阅读与修改能力。
