1、参与制定员工服务（Employee Service、员工体验）的业务策略、关键流程机制与标准，将模糊的业务问题转化为清晰可落地的策略框架； 2、从策略设计到落地执行，主导推进大型跨区域、跨团队项目，协调多方资源达成业务目标； 3、深入理解公司各维度人事政策与流程，针对复杂问题设计系统化解决方案与优化机制； 4、参与员工服务领域的AI项目建设，探索用AI与自动化手段重构服务流程、提升员工体验； 5、作为团队与非中文团队之间的桥梁，以英文为日常工作语言，协调全球利益相关方推进项目。
