1、全流程：参与内部业务产品的全流程体验设计，包括用户调研、交互设计、视觉/高保真交付及验收跟进，基于业务理解深度和设计品味专业度，持续提升产品与服务体验； 2、AI应用：探索AI在企业内部产品中的应用场景，将复杂的业务逻辑转化为清晰、高效、低认知负荷的界面； 3、Design System：参与设计组件与规范的建设，推动提升产品体验一致性； 4、交付变革：探索AI时代下的交互模式与信息设计方向，包括但不限于使用代码（HTML/CSS/JS）或AI工具高效交付原型，模拟调研，验证方案，体验跟进等，持续提效交付； 5、深度共创：与产品经理、前端工程师、业务方紧密协作，前置进入讨论（不做“工具人”），确保设计方案的业务准确性与技术可行性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有一定B端产品的体验设计经验；关注B端用户体验，有用户视角，具备扎实的交互与视觉设计基础，有能力通过上下游协作完成“用户调研——方案共创——方案验证——设计交付——上线跟进”的全流程设计交付； 3、有良好的逻辑思维能力，能理解复杂业务流程并将其转化为清晰的信息架构和操作路径； 4、关注AI方向的突破创新，具备将前沿知识和技术应用到项目中的实践经验和能力； 5、具备较好的软实力，自驱工作，有效沟通、结构化思考及学习能力等，面对不确定性项目可以主动协作定义问题，推进解决方案； 6、投递附件： 1）个人作品集（Portfolio）：包含2–3个完整项目，展示你的设计过程与思考，而非仅呈现最终视觉； 2）简历：包含教育背景、实习/项目经历、技能栈； 3）如有代码原型、AI相关项目、个人Side Project等，欢迎一并提供链接。

加分项（任一即可）： 1、AI产品设计经验：有AI对话交互、智能推荐、LLM应用等相关项目经验；理解AI的概率性输出特征，能设计合理的fallback与边界态方案； 2、全栈设计Design Engineer：有较强代码能力，使用HTML/CSS/JS或AI编程工具完成了真实研发环境的代码提交，实现产品设计方案上线； 3、企业级/B端复杂系统设计经验：主导过从0到1构建复杂后台管理系统、数据中心、审批流引擎等业务系统的经验； 4、数据可视化能力：有Dashboard、数据报表等信息可视化设计经验。
