1、负责字节跳动飞书项目、飞书CodeM等AI Agent产品设计工作，执行从设计探索到方案执行的全流程； 2、探索AI作为团队正式成员融入IM、任务、文档等原生工作流的全新交互范式； 3、提供具备优质体验的整体设计解决方案，与业务负责人、产品经理协作构思创意并评估需求； 4、负责产品体验的持续优化，关注并分析行业设计趋势，洞察用户功能痛点、体验诉求及审美倾向。

1、本科及以上学历，设计类、计算机科学相关专业；具备AI类软件工程项目的相关设计、开发经验优先； 2、对AI有充分的好奇心、有积极主动的行动力、有非常强烈的学习意愿； 3、有AI编程产品、团队协作Agent、AI原生交互相关设计经验设计经验者优先； 4、有优秀的视觉设计表现能力，重视细节，追求像素级；深入理解各大产品、品牌设计原则和规范； 5、能独立负责项目的实施和运作，较强的沟通能力，能在复杂环境下推动设计全面落地。

加分项 1、前端能力和CS背景； 2、视觉能力突出； 3、有独立Side Project/AI类产品上线，获得过真实用户或收入。
