1、产品建设：通过线上效果追踪和开源项目研究，深入理解产品的使用场景，负责产品功能设计与体验迭代优化，产出需求文档并推进落地； 2、增长运营：探索不同渠道下的产品设计及用户增长模式，包括与Agent框架和应用及办公套件等产品方案设计和落地，验证用户转化效果； 3、内容策略：围绕团队产品（harness工具和Agent应用），在To B/ToD场景负责内容体系和策略规划，包括实践案例、场景培训、市场物料等各类产品文档，支持业务拓展与用户沟通。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对大语言模型、多模态、模型训练和推理等底层技术有较为深度理解；了解Tool Use、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function-Calling、Agent编排等基本概念；了解产品经理基本的方法论，有一定编程、AI Coding经验和能力，重度用户优先； 3、逻辑清晰，具备良好的问题分析解决能力、沟通能力与团队合作能力。
