日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据策略制定：基于商业化业务场景及模型训练、评估目标，制定并迭代整体数据构建策略，包含真实数据、合成数据、样本采集与配比等方案；结合模型表现、失败案例和业务反馈分析数据缺口，为模型优化提供支撑； 2、数据链路建设：立足模型训练与评估目标，发起并主导数据采集、清洗、加工、标注、质检及评估链路的设计、搭建与维护、优先级判定及项目管理，保障高效产出高质量数据； 3、质量与效果评估：建立可量化数据质量验收标准，优化验收流程；开展模型效果评估与深度分析，联动技术团队定位模型改进点； 4、数据生产自动化：独立完成标注Agent、质检Agent或自动评估Workflow的方案设计、Prompt开发、工具调用、流程编排、效果评估和持续维护，提升数据生产的自动化率、质量和规模化能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、理解大模型、Prompt Engineering、Workflow和Agent的基本原理，具备LLM应用、Agent或自动化流程的实际搭建经验； 3、对AI行业有好奇心，能够快速理解模型训练、评估和数据质量问题，并结合业务目标设计可运行、可验证的数据解决方案； 4、具备系统思维、产品意识和较强的动手能力，能够独立分析问题、完成原型开发和效果验证，并持续维护和迭代所负责的能力； 5、具备良好的跨团队协作与项目推进能力，重视数据质量，兼具责任心与全局意识。

加分项 1、计算机专业+Coding能力，有编程经验优先； 2、有数据工程、机器学习、模型训练数据生产或模型评测相关项目经验； 3、有标注Agent、质检Agent、Agent-as-Judge、自动化评测或合成数据实践； 4、熟悉广告、推荐、搜索、电商等业务场景，有可展示的技术项目、Demo或开源作品。
