1、参与AI时代的数据库产品研发与架构设计，包括但不限于：Mem0、Agent RAG、Serverless PG、ContextSearch、Supabase、Lakebase等； 2、参与AI数据库前沿技术探索，包括但不限于：Multi-Agent/Agentic RAG/DeepResearch前沿研究（LLM×检索)、向量检索算法研究（算法×系统×硬件协同)、多模态查询处理、基于AI Agent工作流的基础设施自动优化等； 3、参与数据库智能策略研发：基于AI的数据库性能调优系统，包括自动索引推荐、查询计划优化、资源分配策略等；构建智能监控系统，实现异常检测、根因分析、容量预测等AIOps能力； 4、参与AI与数据库结合的实践方案探索与落地：探索AI技术和数据库各产品结合的最佳实践方案并落地，服务超大规模的集团内部业务及火山引擎业务。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、人工智能相关专业； 2、熟悉Go/Java/Python/C++语言中的一种，对代码质量有追求； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分。

加分项： 1、了解AI领域的基本概念和常用算法，在数据库、信息检索、机器学习或人工智能系统相关领域有高质量论文、开源影响力或代表性技术成果； 2、有Agent Memory、用户画像、搜广推特征平台、知识库等相关研究或工程经验； 3、有AI Agent、研发AI工作流等相关实践经验； 4、具备SQL引擎扩展开发经验，如自定义UDF/存储过程集成AI模型； 5、参与过AI4DB或DB4AI类开源项目，如Apache MADlib、Mem0、MemOS、MemU。
