1、负责直播产品营收模块设计，包括：用户成长体系与权益分层模型的设计，等级差异化玩法和成长激励； 2、直播间互动玩法的原型实现与AB测试，用户增长方案设计、核心指标优化； 3、协同研发、数据分析、设计、运营等团队合作，高效推进项目落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有计算机相关知识，掌握编程能力，了解算法和大语言模型等方面的知识，有产品思维、有基本的用户理解、行业洞察、数据分析能力； 3、对业务有理解，能基于明确的业务场景或需求输出产品Demo或搭建AI应用等工作流，高效推动产品落地； 4、有学习理解能力、逻辑思维能力，有自驱力/好奇心/求知欲等，结果导向，有成长潜力。
