日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、AI工具体验分析：持续体验市面主流AI内容创作工具，结合真实任务分析其效果、能力边界和适用场景，形成有效建议； 2、AI内容制作：参与AI内容策划与制作，通过实际项目优化创作方法，沉淀可复用的制作经验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视、编导或相关专业； 2、是一名持续创作的AI创作者，在AI角色、AI短剧、AI MV等至少一个方向有实践和自己的理解； 3、对AI创作工具保持敏感，能够从实际体验中形成清晰、独立的分析与判断； 4、具备良好的叙事和执行能力，申请可附作品集。
