日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与即梦AI内容合作项目全流程，包括内容策划、商务对接、制作跟进及上线传播等环节； 2、协同内容、产品、技术等团队，探索AI工具在专业内容创作中的应用场景与创新方向； 3、针对具有即梦特色的AI内容，参与策划有创意、有讨论度、有行业关注度的传播方案，助力打造出圈案例； 4、参与行业案头研究、创作者沟通与资源协同等日常运营工作，支持内容生产、制作与传播闭环的持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视、广告、编导、新闻传播、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、每周实习5天，至少实习3个月以上，可长期实习者优先； 3、对AI内容创作、影视行业或内容行业有基本认知，熟悉全球AI工具者优先； 4、有内容策划、影视制作、创作者合作或传播策划相关经历者优先； 5、对内容有较强敏感度，对AI影片、导演、编剧、摄影、视觉表达等方向有自己的观察和思考； 6、具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力、责任心与学习能力，能够高效协同推进项目；英语能力优秀，可满足国际化工作沟通需求。
