1、负责AI视频创作产品的内容生态建设与供给保障，通过创新的运营手段驱动用户增长与产品渗透率提升； 2、围绕业务目标与用户需求，参与内容方向策划、运营机制设计及重点项目推进，支持多元内容形态的探索与落地； 3、对于社媒热点和内容创作趋势敏感，能够策划和打造具有传播影响力的内容案例展示，实现品牌声量放大； 4、面向不同类型的创作者、合作机构与生态伙伴，理解其特征与诉求，制定有针对性的运营策略、活动方案及合作路径，并推动执行闭环； 5、紧密追踪全球AI及内容行业的市场前沿动态，对大模型应用及创新工具具备深刻理解与敏锐洞见，有相关实战探索经验者最佳。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备极佳的“网感”，拥有出色的内容敏锐度与宣发直觉，能精准洞察用户发布动机与大众传播规律；具备优秀的数据敏感度与体系化拆解能力，能以结果为导向对策略进行持续追踪与迭代调优，并对最终业务目标负责；具备自驱力与责任心，拥有优秀的跨团队沟通与整合能力，能够在复杂的业务环境中破局并推动问题解决；具备较强学习能力与自驱力，对未知领域保持好奇，愿意在不确定性中探索解法，并在挑战中持续成长； 3、拥抱前沿技术，对AI充满热情与好奇心，熟练且善于利用各类AI工具赋能日常工作，具备通过AI手段大幅提升策略产出与落地效率的实战经验优先； 4、英语可作为工作语言。
