1、面向生成式人工智能（GenAI）时代，制定人工智能（AI）产品的用户体验提升和安全发展规划，为用户打造安全、可信赖且适龄友好的人工智能创作工具； 2、建设通用可扩展的运营平台能力，完善人工智能产品基建，为复杂业务场景提供高效、灵活的支持； 3、建立量化目标和成功指标，用于评估策略和功能的效果，并持续发现优化空间； 4、与工程、算法、设计、数据及信任与安全团队紧密协作，从方案设计到上线落地及持续迭代，确保在各个市场中实现优秀的用户体验、技术稳定性和合规性； 5、与法务、公关（PR）等相关团队紧密合作，并将相关要求系统性融入产品规划与迭代中。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上平台产品运营工作经验，有AI、隐私安全、平台治理或产品运营领域经验者优先； 2、具备良好的平台规划能力与数据驱动思维，具备成熟的项目管理、跨团队协作及推动复杂项目落地的能力； 3、英语可作为工作语言，具备国际化业务经验或复杂项目经验者优先； 4、能够将产品策略和运营链路要求转化为可落地的平台能力，在隐私安全、用户体验与技术实现之间实现平衡； 5、对AI与安全方向有热情，对用户信任与平台生态具备强烈责任感。
