ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、深度参与CapCut AI创作者生态运营，挖掘、连接并维护拉美的AI视频生成创作者、AI Creative Studio、专业内容团队及社区资源； 2、围绕AI视频生成的内容生态，策划创作者活动、共创项目、激励机制和社区运营动作，推动创作者持续产出高质量、有传播力的内容； 3、与拉美优质AI创作者建立长期、高黏性的合作关系，理解不同类型创作者的诉求，能够调动创作者资源与渠道资源，把优质内容及创新玩法规模化放大； 4、持续追踪AI视频生成领域的优质作品、爆款内容、前沿玩法和创作趋势，拆解其创作思路、模型选择、工作流、传播路径与可复用方法论； 5、关注AI视频生成在广告创意、动画、VFX、3D、品牌内容等专业场景中的应用潜力，协助拓展更具行业影响力的创作方向和合作机会。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，相关专业优先； 2、AI创作者/重度玩家：对AI视频生成模型、上下游平台、工作流和内容生态有持续关注和一手体验，例如Midjourney、Seedance、Runway、Kling、Veo、HailuoAI、Higgsfield、Dreamina、ComfyUI等； 3、具备敏锐的内容感知和审美；看到一个有趣的AI视频、爆款案例或创作趋势，会本能地想拆解其底层创作流、为什么成立、能不能复刻、还能怎么延展； 4、熟悉国际AI创作者生态：了解不同类型创作者的画像、分布平台、内容风格与合作方式；熟悉X、Instagram、YouTube、Discord、Reddit、垂直AI创作社区及专业Studio资源； 5、创作者活动策划与动员能力：有AI创作者社群运营及合作经验，能主动触达、探索合作形式及推动合作落地；善于凝聚和动员创作者，通过挑战赛、共创项目、激励活动等机制持续激活创作者参与； 6、英语可作为工作语言。
