1、跟踪产品的上线效果、用户反馈，标注安全风险，采用数据驱动的方式制定该业务领域的产品蓝图，驱动设计、策略、模型等产品能力的建设； 2、协同跨职能团队，包括运营、产品、研发、算法、法务有效平衡协调资源，保障产品高质高效交付； 3、从用户和业务视角制定长短期平台方案，驱动系统快速迭代； 4、调研AI产品的安全路径，与团队讨论产品内可以借鉴、优化的产品思路。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的结构化思考能力和逻辑表达能力，出色的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力； 3、熟悉国内外主流创作工具和AI产品，具备国际化产品认知优先；能参与产品方向制定并拆解为可执行方案； 4、对AI技术发展有敏锐洞察，对AIGC、多模态AI、Agent等领域有强烈的兴趣； 5、流利的英语听说读写能力者优先。
