日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：剪映CapCut团队成立六年，先后孵化了剪映、CapCut、醒图、Hypic、即梦Dreamina、Pippit等产品，覆盖视频、图片、AI生成、视频营销等多领域，打造与AI结合的全球化产品矩阵。 我们的愿景是：激发想象力，成为全球领先的互动内容平台，创造独特的体验和价值。 我们期待你的加入，一同极致打磨用户体验，构建创意生态和商业化能力，定义AI与创作结合的无限可能，让内容互动更简单，更精彩！

1、协助海外AI创作者挖掘、识别，引入符合目标的AI创作者； 2、参与创作者引入、成长机制的探索，内容标准的制定及迭代； 3、协助策划并落地面向海外创作者的社区活动，协助运营和维护创作者社群，确保社群活跃； 4、挖掘全网不同平台的上升创作者、趋势和热点，挖掘有创意表达、有审美调性的创作者和内容； 5、协助运营官方账号，跟进运营向的宣发活动、项目落地及外部合作等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视、广告、创意、艺术、传播类相关专业； 2、对AI及AIGC行业有浓厚兴趣，具备一定的相关知识储备，熟悉互联网内容生态； 3、具备优秀的沟通表达能力，思维活跃，善于学习与独立思考； 4、细致耐心，具备较强的执行力与团队协作意识； 5、每周可保证至少4天到岗，优先考虑海外留学生。
