1、负责CapCut产品增长体系建设，包括用户拉新、促活等，对DAU负责； 2、理解用户使用AI工具创作的场景、意图，识别用户拉新转化和留存的关键问题，并设计对应产品方案提升拉新、留存效率； 3、优化产品逻辑和算法策略，根据用户生命周期建立长效的拉新促活机制，其手段包括但不限于内部导量、外部换量、分享回流、Push推送通知、桌面小部件等等； 4、协同业务、运营、市场、数据、研发等跨部门团队，推进项目落地并对增长结果负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有产品经理实习经验者优先，有跨端导流、裂变、投放承接相关经验优先；熟悉主流社交/内容平台流量规则，对用户分享动机、转化路径有深刻理解，有成熟项目落地经验； 3、具备数据敏感度与增长思维，能通过数据拆解问题、制定方案并通过A/B测试验证效果； 4、目标导向明确，具备优秀的跨部门沟通与项目推进能力，能独立达成目标； 5、对视频创作工具行业和AI行业有热情，能快速适应业务变化，具备从0到1突破的坚韧品质。
