1、参与剪映、CapCut业务的前端及全栈开发，包括创作Agent、创作工具、内容生态、以及产品主框架等方向，参与从前端交互、服务接口、AI能力接入到效果迭代的完整研发链路，与基模团队深度协作，推动模型能力在实际创作场景中落地； 2、参与产品的架构演进、性能体验优化和稳定性建设，分析并解决复杂业务场景中的工程问题，持续提升产品体验和研发质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的编码能力，掌握HTML/CSS/TypeScript等前端基础，具备一门以上后端语言能力； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解常用数据结构、算法、计算机网络和操作系统知识； 4、具备良好的逻辑分析、问题拆解能力，自驱、务实，具备良好的沟通协作意识，愿意深入业务并持续学习； 5、对AI相关技术感兴趣，有AI Agent开发经验者优先； 6、有全栈、音视频编辑开发经验者优先。
