ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：AI应用与创新团队，立足于抖音集团（抖音、直播、今日头条、番茄小说、财经等），致力于AI技术研究与业务创新赋能，包括：AI x 体验、 AI x 质量、AI x 安全等，助力业务品质与口碑的持续提升。 团队拥有算法（大模型、推荐、机器学习）、工程（后台、前端、大数据）、产品等多种职能岗位，地域覆盖深圳、北京、杭州、上海。

1、负责质量平台/体验平台/效率工具/大模型工程化平台的架构设计、开发、部署与改进； 2、调研新技术，并推动适合的技术应用于开发与质量保障； 3、对项目中的问题进行监控、追查及定位； 4、学习和研究新技术以提高测试效率和质量； 5、对产品提出改进建议以建立较好的用户感受，对项目提出改进建议以提高项目整体效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，对软件质量保障工作有浓厚兴趣； 3、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Go、Python、Java、OC、C、C++、PHP； 4、优秀的产品意识，对市场上典型App有自己的想法和改进方案； 5、快速适应和学习能力，善于发现和定位问题； 6、了解常用客户端、服务端开发或测试工具，如自动化框架、压测工具、大数据处理工具者优先。
