团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、搭建具有通用性和可拓展性的语音大模型数据标注和模型评测框架（对话、TTS、ASR等方向），与算法团队对齐标准、撰写相关培训方案，根据模型迭代方向提供高质量数据，对自动化链路搭建、数据质量评估及外部资源管理负责； 2、结合行业趋势及业务应用场景，迭代更新评测标准、构建评测题库，负责语音大模型效果评测，定期反馈评估结果，产出评估报告，确保大模型评估结果置信； 3、与产品算法团队协同，积极探索自动化数据生产/模型评估、数据合成等方法，提高数据标注/评测效率，持续跟踪大模型技术进展，持续探索智能高效的数据生产模式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算语言学、语言学、计算机、心理学、新闻等相关专业优先； 2、具备互联网产品/运营或大模型数据、评测的实习或项目经验优先（语音方向或多模态融合方向优先）； 3、对大模型、数据、评测有理解和认知，具备一定的PE或代码能力，对语音大模型的技术和产品应用有兴趣； 4、具备良好的数据分析和沟通能力，能够适应多线程的工作模式。
