团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、负责IGZO、电容、硅晶体管器件的版图设计、FLOW与工艺集成方案； 2、负责相关器件电性测试与分析； 3、开展TCAD与SPICE器件模型仿真、可靠性与老化分析； 4、完成阵列测试、设计仿真电路模块。

1、2027届获得博士学位，微电子、集成电路、电子工程、应用物理等相关专业优先； 2、深入掌握半导体物理、器件物理、电路理论等知识； 3、有版图设计、FET电学测试、高频测试、噪声测试等经验； 4、有短沟道器件制备与测试经验，熟悉工艺流程及整合； 5、掌握基本的半导体器件SPICE模型、Sentuarus模型、可靠性分析等经验。

加分项： 1、有DRAM存储、传感阵列设计与制备、外围测试电路流片经验； 2、有晶圆厂、EDA公司等实习经验； 3、掌握Spectre、Virtuoso等工具； 4、有AI For Science相关经验。
